Returns & Refunds Policy

At Deadgear Clothing, each item is made to order. Because of this, we only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

Eligible for return or replacement:

1. The item arrived damaged or defective
2. There is a manufacturing error
3. The wrong item or size was sent
4. If any of the above apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
5. Your order number
6. Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-returnable items:

1. Wrong size ordered
2. Change of mind
3. Normal wear and washing

We strongly recommend checking the size chart before placing your order.
