Order Processing

All Deadgear Clothing items are made to order.

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after purchase. Once your order is produced, it is shipped immediately.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  1. United States: 2–5 business days
  2. Canada: 3–7 business days
  3. International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on:

  1. Destination
  2. Order size
  3. Shipping method selected

Any promotions (such as free shipping thresholds) will be clearly displayed at checkout if applicable.


Tracking

All orders include tracking information.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor delivery progress.


Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Deadgear Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses or for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.

If you experience an issue, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
